This package of 6 in-person sessions includes a 1hr 15 minute initial consultation, where a full case history will be taken along with some relaxing hypnosis. This is followed by 5 x 1hr Hypno-Psychotherapy sessions. These will take place at The Charterhouse Clinic, Marylebone, W1H 2HL.
The amount of sessions that you will require will vary for each client. As a guide, a minimum of 6 sessions is recommended.
